My sets are screwed together and painted by me. When building, I try to keep in mind sturdiness, ease of movement and storage, and realism. Usually I am forced to pick two. Everything is hinged together for maximum flexibility, and hinging allows for accordion-style storage without taking everything apart. Hinges also allow for camouflaged doors so I can get in-between panels to access power hubs. I drew and cut out stencils for the ‘wallpaper,’ and used the stencils with spray paint in several rounds. The set is an ever-expanding project in itself as I attempt to add more details, and expand its size.
